Voltage & Power Note
This winch is rated 240 V single phase, 50 Hz, 5.0 A. It suits standard Indian 230 V single phase, 50 Hz supply and similar 220–240 V, 50 Hz supplies in many export markets. Use a properly rated supply cable, a suitable MCB and an earth connection.
The motor is rated for 25% ED intermittent duty. Over a 10-minute cycle, it can run under load for about 2.5 minutes and then needs time to cool. It is not meant for continuous running.
Safety Note
Before any lifting or pulling use, the winch's rope pull / safe working load (SWL), brake and wire rope must be inspected, load-tested and certified by a competent person as per local regulations.
- Never exceed the 1000 kg rated rope pull
- Inspect the wire rope for broken wires, kinks, corrosion and crushing, and replace it if it is outside limits
- Use only 10 mm wire rope of the correct grade, and keep the minimum dead turns on the drum
