The Flygt 2201 is one of the most trusted heavy-duty submersible dewatering pumps in the world, part of Flygt's proven 2000 (BIBO) series from Xylem. It is engineered to run continuously in dirty, abrasive water that would quickly wear out an ordinary drainage pump — which is why it is a standard choice on mine sites, tunnels, quarries and large construction projects.

This unit is a 43 kW / 58 HP, 440 V model running at 2945 RPM (2-pole, 50 Hz), with a maximum head of 90 m and maximum capacity of 2,18,000 LPH (218 m³/hr). Important — head vs. flow: The 90 m head and 218 m³/hr are the two ends of the pump curve (maximum head and maximum flow), not a single operating point.
