This imported double drum electric winch has two grooved rope drums on a common through shaft, one on each side of a central gearbox. It is driven by a Bonfiglioli BN 90LA FD brake motor rated 1.5 kW (2 HP), mounted vertically on a right-angle gearbox. The shaft ends run in pillow block bearings, and the gearbox sits on a steel base. It is supplied by Standard Machinery in Imported, Refurbished & Tested condition.
The motor has a built-in DC electromagnetic brake (26 Nm). When power is cut, the brake engages automatically and holds the drums. The twin-drum layout lets two ropes be wound or paid out together, which is useful for balanced pulling, gate and shutter operation, or two-point hauling.

The motor is rated 380–415 V star (Y), 50 Hz, which matches standard Indian 415 V, 50 Hz three phase supply directly. It draws about 3.9 A at full load on 415 V. The motor can also be connected in delta for a 220–240 V three phase supply.
The brake coil needs a 230 V AC supply (rectified internally), connected as per the motor wiring diagram. The motor is rated for 50 Hz. Safety Note
