Voltage & Power Note
The motor is rated 380 V star (Y), 50 Hz. Indian three phase supply is nominally 415 V, about 9% above this rating. Hoists of this rating are commonly used on Indian supply, but running current should be checked on test against the 3.9 A nameplate value. The motor can also be connected in delta for a 220 V three phase supply.
Because this is a two-speed hoist, it needs a two-speed control: separate contactors for main and fine speed, plus up/down contactors, with a two-step pendant. Include an overload relay and an emergency stop.
